I am not usually one to write reviews because, quite frankly, I still don’t understand why my television needs Wi-Fi. But I am very impressed with Killer Tech Solutions! They were professional, patient, and explained things to me without making me feel like a complete fool—which is saying something because I did have to ask what a “smart TV” was. Apparently, I am the only one in my house who isn’t smart. If you need help with your television, home security, furniture assembly, or getting rid of the 14 boxes your grandson said he was “going to take to the dump,” I highly recommend this young man. Very polite, very knowledgeable, and he actually showed up when he said he would. That alone deserves five stars these days! I would recommend Killer Tech Solutions to anyone, especially those of us who still write our passwords down on a piece of paper

Austin is the best tech I’ve had in a long time! Extremely knowledgeable and so patient! I really appreciate him making me feel safer in my home! Thank you again!!
Had Austin come out to mount a new TV that I had just bought. He was very informative about what he was going to do and had a decent price as well. I am very pleased with his work
